Contact us

Email contact@wyrolabs.org. You can also open Settings → Contact support in the app, which starts an email to the same address.

To help us answer faster, include:

• What you were trying to do and what happened
• Your device and iOS or Android version
• Your public wallet address or social handle, if it's relevant

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, or PIN. Anyone who asks for them is not Wyro.

Report a post or a user

In the app, tap ••• on a post and choose Report post, or open a profile, tap ••• and choose Report. You can also Block a user from the same menu. Blocked users' posts disappear for you right away, and you can manage them under Settings → Blocked accounts.

We review reports within 24 hours. You can also email contact@wyrolabs.org with the subject Report and a link or handle.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Delete profile in the app. This deletes your Wyro account data from our servers and removes the wallet from your device. See Delete your account for what is and isn't deleted.

Lost recovery phrase

Wyro is self-custodial. Your keys stay on your device, and we never see or store your recovery phrase. If you lose it, we can't restore your wallet. Back it up before you add funds.

Common questions

Who provides Borrow and Earn? Borrowing and supplying are provided by Aave and Benqi, decentralized lending protocols on Avalanche. Wyro doesn't lend, set rates, or hold your funds. You sign every transaction, and it goes directly to the protocol.

Why isn't Swap available for me? Some features aren't available in every region. Availability depends on your location and local rules.

My transaction is pending. Onchain transactions depend on the network. Open the transaction in the app to see its status, or look it up on the network's block explorer.

Can I use a Ledger? Yes. Wyro connects to Ledger over Bluetooth so you can sign on the device. A Ledger is optional.
